"Details didn’t quite match"
I ordered this based on what the product page said, but when it arrived, some of the details just didn’t really line up. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it’s frustrating when you’re trying to choose the right thing and you’re going off the description. I guess if the listing had been checked a little better, then...

"The sale was fine, but not amazing"
I checked out the sale last week and ended up grabbing a few things because the discount did help. It wasn’t the biggest deal I’ve seen, and I was hoping for a little more off, but it still made the purchase feel worth it.

"Awesome boot fitting help at Jans"
I stopped into Jans because my ski boots were absolutely destroying my toes, and I was expecting someone to just tell me I needed a new pair. Instead, the guy helping me actually took the time to watch how I stood, check out the liner, and make a few small adjustments.
I skied two days after that and, for once, my feet didn’t go numb. Such a huge difference. I’m super happy with the fit now and would definitely give them 5 stars

I ordered from jans.com and it actually showed up faster than I expected. The shipping box was a little rough-looking though, a couple dents on the side and one corner was crushed in enough that I definitely noticed it right away. I’m the kind of person who checks the seams and tape first, so I was slightly nervous opening it.
Thankfully, everything inside was totally fine and the packing did its job. Nothing was scratched or shifted around, which was a relief. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the box had arrived in cleaner shape, but overall it wasn’t a big problem.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had to send back a jacket, for an online return, this went smoothly. The refund showed up on my card in about 3 days, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone. I’m usually a bit skeptical with returns, but in this case I was happy with how easy it was.

"The staff actually knew what they were talking about"
It was such a relief dealing with staff who actually know their stuff. I just needed help picking the right one, and instead of giving me some vague sales pitch like people do way too often, they actually listened and pointed me in the right direction. Why is that so rare these days? Anyway, super helpful experience.

I was hoping to grab a few things, but some of the gear I wanted was sold out. Not the end of the world, but I’m kind of tired of having to check back or ask around every time something isn’t available. The selection was okay, just felt a bit hit or miss.

"Warranty help was fine, but kinda slow"
I had to reach out to jans.com about a warranty issue with some gear I bought, and yeah, they did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It felt like every reply took a few days, which got a little frustrating.

The people I dealt with were nice, to be fair, and they explained what info and photos I needed to send in. I just felt like I had to keep nudging things along instead of it moving on its own.
In the end, everything got taken care of, so I’m not mad about it or anything. It just wasn’t the smoothest process. Three stars feels about right.

"Smooth ski rental with helpful staff"
I rented skis from Jans for a weekend trip and the whole thing was easy. The guy helping me took the time to get the fit right, but it never felt like it dragged on or was rushed. Pickup and drop-off were both quick, which was nice after being tired from a full day out. The gear was in good shape too. I’d definitely rent from them again.

"Pretty easy rental pickup and dropoff"
The whole rental process was easy overall. Pickup was quick, like I was in and out before I really had time to think about it, which was nice. Dropping it off took a little longer than I expected, not a huge deal or anything, just one of those small waiting-around moments. But overall, it was a smooth experience.

I ordered a jacket from jans.com and overall it’s decent. The fabric feels nice, and it does look like the photos, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, I felt kind of embarrassed even bringing it up, but one of the zippers feels a little cheap and there were a few loose threads in the stitching. It’s not a bad purchase, I just expected it to feel a bit more polished for the price. Shipping was fine though, no issues there...

"Ended up being really helpful"
I stopped in while I was in Park City and mostly just wanted to look around for a bit, since I wasn’t totally sure what I needed yet. After chatting for a few minutes, it was clear the staff actually knew the local trails really well. They pointed me toward the right gear without making it a whole drawn-out thing, which I appreciated.

"Sizing was spot on for me"
I ordered from jans.com and, i was kind of second-guessing the sizing at first. You know how online orders can be... sometimes your usual size works, sometimes it absolutely does not.

The size chart actually helped though, which was a nice surprise. I went by that, and the fit ended up being pretty much exactly what I expected. Not too tight anywhere, not weirdly oversized, just... right.

So yeah, overall I’m happy with it. I’d feel totally fine ordering my normal size from them again without overthinking it next time

"Pretty easy to book"
Booking my appointment on jans.com was simple. I found a time that worked for me, got the confirmation right away, and didn’t have to call anyone, which already makes the whole thing feel easier. I guess if a site doesn’t make me annoyed, then it’s doing something right. Nice, quick process overall.

"Shipping felt a little pricey"
I was in a good mood when I placed the order, and everything went fine overall. It showed up without any issues, but the shipping cost felt a little high for what I bought. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, just made the total more than I was expecting. I’d probably still order from them again
